Peugeot argues that the future of EV performance is gaming -.

As cars become more technologically advanced, we have seen manufacturers explore ways to better incorporate gaming into their vehicles. Tesla has a broad gaming suite in its cars, and in the future, Peugeot has outlined that gaming will be a bigger focus as well.

During the premiere of the E-3008 (thanks, Top Gear), product director Jerome Micheron spoke about an upcoming Peugeot and how it will be built to cater to younger generations.

“Our focus is on delivering the widest range of mainstream EVs by 2025. The market for performance cars has collapsed and it’s not where our focus is now. Performance for the younger generation is digital. The Hypersquare controls in our Inception concept give you an idea of how we bring gaming into Peugeot.”

Although this is still a concept car that Micheron is talking about, it was also mentioned that a version of the car will go into production as early as 2026.
