Four investors filed a lawsuit in 2018 against the Trump family for violating federal organized crime law, alleging that the former president supported a fraudulent marketing company in speeches and on a reality show.

“From 2005 to at least 2015, the defendants received millions of dollars in secret payments to promote and support the company ACN Opportunity,” says the lawsuit, as collected by the US network NBC News.

The Trump family is accused of pocketing millions in payments between 2005 and 2015 for promoting promising business opportunities through this company, as well as the Trump Network, a vitamin and health product marketing company.
