The President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenski, has assured this Friday that world leaders “are preparing” for the possibility that Russia launches new offensives with nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons.

“If Russia indulges in nuclear blackmail with impunity, it may seem logical that various forces in the world acquire nuclear weapons for themselves. To say that it is dangerous for the whole world is an understatement,” he stressed, Ukrinform reports.
