Will Donald Trump be back on Twitter? Elon Musk asks Twitter users to vote in a poll

Amidst all the turmoil Twitter is going through, from mass firings to rehires to mass resignations, Elon Musk shows no signs of slowing down.

Today, he launched a poll on Twitter asking users whether or not former U.S. President Donald Trump’s account should be reinstated.

Last year, Twitter announced it was permanently suspending Trump’s account “because of the danger of further encouraging violence” after his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol as he proceeded to recognize Democrat Joe Biden’s presidential victory.

In another tweet in the same thread, Musk used the Latin phrase “Vox Populi, Vox Dei“which loosely translates to “The voice of the people is the voice of God.
