On the other hand, he has acknowledged that Russian forces have achieved “partial success” in their offensive around Verkhnokamiansky, before adding that Ukrainian troops “have inflicted losses on the enemy” in their operations near Bohorodichny.
In this connection, he denounced shelling and attacks on the districts of Siversky, Sloviansk, Bajmut and the outskirts of the city of Kharkov, while noting that “Ukrainian soldiers have decisively repulsed an attempted enemy assault in the direction of Dementiivka.”
“Ukrainian aviation, rocket and artillery units continue to cause damage to the concentrations of personnel, military equipment and ammunition depot of the Russian occupants,” the Ukrainian Army General Staff has reiterated.
