Sui becomes Red Bull Racing’s official blockchain partner

The Formula 1 team Oracle Red Bull Racing announces partnership multi-year partnership with blockchain layer1 Sui.

British society Oracle Red Bull Racing said Thursday that the blockchain Sui was now the official blockchain partner of the Formula 1 racing team.

Oracle Red Bull Racing was an early adopter of blockchain technology in Formula 1, recognizing its potential to connect fans around the world with the team in a truly unique and forward-thinking way. The alliance with Sui will enhance this experience, making access easier, safer and more engaging,” commented Christian Horner, Director of Oracle Red Bull Racing.

Developed by Mysten Labs and often presented as a rival to Aptos because based on the same programming language, the blockchain Sui made its debut last month.

Oracle Red Bull Racing said it had carried out extensive market research to select the network that would enable fans to “engage in new ways”. Like Ethereum, Sui enables decentralized applications to be launched.

“Thanks to this partnership, we can demonstrate the true power of the blockchain technologyto create communities around new and revolutionary connected experiences,” said Evan Cheng, co-founder of Mysten Labs.

Not for the first time Red Bull Racingwhich won this weekend’s Monaco GP, has teamed up with an ecosystem player crypto. Last year, the team made the Bybit exchange its second sponsor behind Oracle.
