New territory and Season 2 on the way to EA SPORTS WRC – That’s Gaming

Electronic Arts recently released an exciting update for the EA SPORTS WRC game, treating rally fans to an enhanced game experience and new challenges. With the introduction of the first-ever Central European Rally, players can look forward to more than 32 kilometers of fast and demanding asphalt roads spread over 12 stages.

This new content brings the atmosphere of the official WRC Rally to players, focusing on the fast and flowing roads of the Czech Republic. This asphalt-based stage will be available to all players for free starting December 14 and can be played in different game modes, such as Career mode, with various weather conditions and seasonal climates.

Matthew Battison, the Creative Director at Codemasters, highlights the vision behind the Central European challenge: “We challenge our players to push their limits and take calculated risks while racing through small villages, forests and open agricultural areas. With its wide, winding roads and unique rural tracks, Central European Rally offers an exciting gaming experience.”

In addition to the new rally, a new season of Rally Pass will also launch on December 19. Players will have the chance to unlock up to 30 customization items. In addition, Season 2 introduces more than 60 new “Moments,” in which players can relive key moments in WRC history and take on daily challenges.

EA SPORTS WRC, the official game of the FIA World Rally Championship, is available for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
