MADRID, March 14. (Royals Blue) –

Moldova’s Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu said on Sunday that more than 328,000 refugees from Ukraine — including 48,254 minors — have arrived in Moldovan territory since the start of Russia’s offensive in Ukraine.

“Here is the daily update on the refugee situation in the Republic of Moldova: More than 328,000 refugees have crossed our borders since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. About 101K refugees are in shelters or private houses across the country, including 48,254 minors,” Popescu reported on his Twitter account.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a “special military operation” in Ukraine and thousands of refugees have since fled the country.
