Finland’s prime minister tests negative for drugs following release of videos

Aug. 22 () –

The Prime Minister of Finland, Sanna Marin, has tested negative in the drug test she agreed to take last week following the dissemination of several private videos in which she appeared partying with friends.

Her office has confirmed this Monday that the test carried out last Friday has not detected any narcotic in the organism of the prime minister, who has personally borne the costs of this test.

Marin herself, 36, ruled out before the media that she had taken drugs and only admitted the consumption of alcohol. She agreed to undergo the test to clear up any doubts and after being asked to do so by part of the opposition.
