The combat system of BLEACH Rebirth of Souls revolves around a triple stalemate of Attack, Breaker and Guard that players must exploit to find openings in their opponents’ defenses. Careful control of distance and counters is also essential in this game. But if you’ve taken enough damage, Awakening status can turn the tide of battle. You then gain new abilities, better stats and new actions, including a very devastating Kikon Move.

In BLEACH Rebirth of Souls Story Mode allows players to experience Ichigo Kurosaki’s journey from the Substitute Soul Reaper Arc to the end of the Arrancar Arc. In addition, the Secret Story mode delves deeper into the main story from each character’s perspective, offering a unique and deeper look through their eyes. Side episodes also describe daily life between battles.
