ESL Impact Season 7 Guide



Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) Women’s Circuit, ESL Impactreturns for its seventh season, from February 26, 2025 to May 25. Since its launch in 2022, the tournament has been at the forefront of women’s esports, providing teams with the opportunity to compete within an ecosystem dedicated to them.

Following Imperial Valkyries’ qualification for IEM Katowice, ESL Impact Season 7 looks set to be the biggest season to date, with teams from three regions vying for a place in the season finals. Here’s everything you need to know about ESL Impact Season 7.

ESL Impact Season 7 Format

A total of 28 teams from Europe, North America and South America will compete in the group stage, with eight teams earning a spot in the offline finals taking place at DreamHack Dallas from May 23-25. The ESL Impact Season 7 group stage consists of a round-robin format, with all matches being best-of-three (BO3).

In Europe, the team that finishes first in each of its two groups will automatically qualify for the finals. Meanwhile, the second and third place finishers will play decisive matches to see which organization reaches the LAN.

The North and South American divisions will follow the same round-robin format, but with eight teams competing in a single group. The top two teams in those groups will qualify for the finals. There will be no decisive matches in North and South America. In the final phase, the eight qualified teams will be divided into two groups of four. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the playoffs, which will be played over three legs in a single round-robin format.

Which teams have qualified?

In accordance with Valve’s tournament operating regulations, ESL FACEIT Group has invited teams that competed in Season 6 to join its new season. For the remaining spots, open qualifiers have been used.

In Europe, BIG EQUIPA, DMS, Let Her Cook, Ninjas in Pyjamas and defending champions Imperial Valkyries will return to the competition. Meanwhile, AKA HERO KAJO, Akuma, CS2News Ladies, Eco Warriors, nomercy, Prototype Blaza and Spray and Slay earned their spots through open qualifiers.

In the North American division, teams such as FlyQuest Red, Lumen and Supernova Comets qualified through Season 6. These teams will compete against blackmold, Ghost Gaming, MEGA JUNERS, Nouns Fe and Nyx Empire.

Finally, South Americans SEES Atrix eSports, FURIA and MIBR return for ESL Impact Season 7. Bounty Hunters, Brave Bears, MESSITAS, thekillaz and QUEM SAO ELAS complete the teams competing in the region.

Prize Breakdown

ESL Impact season 7 will feature a prize pool of $250,000 to be distributed:

  • 1º: $75.000
  • 2º: $45.000
  • 3RD/4TH: $26,500
  • 5TH/6TH: $17,000
  • 7TH/8TH: $8,000

In addition to the prize, teams can earn an additional $250,000 through ESL FACEIT Group’s Club Incentive initiative. Based on their ranking, teams can earn additional revenue by creating long and short videos about their tournament journey.

Where to Watch ESL Impact Season 7

ESL Impact will be streamed on its Twitch and YouTube channels. In addition, all matches will be available on FACEIT Watch, the EFG’s platform. The FACEIT Watch integration aims to allow viewers to tune into the action from multiple perspectives and create personalized streaming experiences.
