American entrepreneur and podcaster Jason Calacanis posted a poll on Twitter on the price to pay for Twitter’s verification brand. Surprisingly, nearly 80 percent of the 463,000 respondents voted “I wouldn’t pay“. In contrast, 11.9% are willing to pay $5, 2.7% might pay $10, and 5.9% voted to pay $15 per month.

Currently, Elon Musk is working on Twitter Blue, an optional $4.99 monthly subscription offering premium features. Musk plans to charge $19.99 per month for the Twitter Blue subscription and include the Blue verification feature.
