Electronic Arts partners with Whisper to offer EA Sports FC events

Video game publisher Electronic Arts (EA) has partnered with the audiovisual production agency Whisper for provide event and broadcast services for EA Sports FC professional tournaments. Whisper notes that the agency’s responsibilities will include the. location scouting, the set and lighting designthe public and player managementas well as the tasks of live broadcasting. The latter includes the creation of showsthe event production and the post-production.

The FC Pro Open Qualifiers is the first event that will offer Whisper, will be held in London from November 10-12. This is the third stage of the FC Pro Open circuitand the 16 best players will will officially qualify for the FC Pro Open itself. In addition, Whisper will also produce the eChampions League in May 2024.

This partnership marks an exciting step into eSports for everyone at Whisper and we will build on our approach that entertainment is everything. Our goal is to feed the EA SPORTS FC fan base with our EA SPORTS FC Pro Open shows, with clarity in production and a focus on gameplay, and also engage the casual fan, with a next level Pro Cup Final, including live audiences, live music and creative staging that fuses incredible gameplay with pure spectacle.
