Chaos Vantage is a complex 3D visualization tool for artists using the V-Ray rendering software to quickly explore and present their work in a full ray traced environment of huge scenes based on large models. Vantage 2 incorporates the new NVIDIA AI Denoiser, which automatically removes noise from images when rendering high-quality output, and adds direct sampling of light reservoirs – artists discovered dynamic light sources can scale to massive scenes.
Also this week: MUE Studio, founded by 3D artists Minjin Kang and Mijoo Kim, steps into NVIDIA Studio to showcase their 3D video Somewhere in the World and their similar summer themes – all brought to life using Adobe After Effects, Autodesk 3ds Max and Unreal Engine 5.
The minimalist and modern aesthetic of their 3D visuals was powered by their NVIDIA Studio laptops equipped with GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards. The duo used Autodesk 3ds Max to sculpt and model their quiet work and completed the application of textures, lighting and animations in Unreal Engine 5. MUE Studio’s favorite creative program for post-production of their idyllic scenes is Adobe After Effects, which includes more than 30 GPU-accelerated effects.
