Boris Johnson rules out “becoming a Cameron” and foresees million-dollar deals after Downing Street stint

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, has already counted the millionaire business in which he expects to embark after leaving Downing Street next week, under the premise that he does not want to “become a Cameron”.

Former Prime Minister David Cameron has focused on consultancies and charitable causes after his time in political life, but Johnson has already told his close circle that he has in mind to take part in events and write his memoirs. According to ‘The Times’, he expects to earn 10 million pounds (11.5 million euros) in just one year.

The current prime minister does not rule out a return to politics, although for now he ‘intends’ to give his full support to the person who succeeds him in office and his team. Foreign Minister Liz Truss is favored in the final battle against former Finance Minister Rishi Sunak.

Conservative Party activists concluded the voting process to choose Johnson’s replacement on Friday and the name of the chosen person will be known on Monday.
