At least six people, including five women, have died and 18 people have been injured Thursday after a roof collapsed in Sahiwal in Punjab during heavy rains.
Police forces and rescue services have rushed to the scene and started the operation to rescue the people, the Pakistani television channel ARY News reported Friday.
During the rescue operation, officials have faced extreme difficulties due to heavy rains and darkness. The injured, including women and children, have been taken to a university hospital for medical assistance.
