Lidl will sell three own-brand devices with interesting displays from Thursday 6 October.
A digital infrared thermometer, which can measure temperatures from -50 to +380 degrees Celsius, will cost 85 lei. The device displays the temperature, on a Celsius or Fahrenheit scale, on a display that changes colour: red (temperature higher than the reference value), green (corresponds to the reference value) and blue (lower than the reference value).
The device has high accuracy thanks to the measuring system based on eight laser points. The thermometer measures 22.2 x 15.7 x 5.6 cm and weighs 361 grams. Users are informed on the display when the battery needs changing. The device switches off automatically after about 60 seconds of inactivity.

Also available under the Parkside brand will be a digital multimeter. The device can be used for measuring current, voltage and resistance as well as for diode and continuity testing. The maximum voltage supported is 300 V. Included in the package are two measuring tips with cables, each 80 cm long. The package includes screwdriver and battery. The product will cost 75 lei.
At the same time, an Ultimate Speed car rectifier with display will be available for 75 lei. The device can operate at temperatures between -20 and +50 degrees Celsius. The rectifier is compatible with 12 V or 6 V batteries, which it detects automatically.
Maximum load current is 5 A. Also, the process of fast charging or deep-discharged battery recovery is automatic. The housing of the device is dust and moisture resistant (IP65 certified).
All three products come with a 3-year warranty.
