Epic Games’ Unreal Engine has been widely used in the industry for many years, and its impressive flexibility and customizability make it increasingly attractive to developers. The latest version, Unreal Engine 5, offers significant improvements that allow developers to create stunning visuals and technical advances for their games. A selection of these were recently shown in a showreel trailer.
Revealed during the Future Games Show Summer Showcase, this trailer offers a look at several “views, demos and game projects that leverage the power of Unreal Engine 5.” You may not see any big titles, but it does show a variety of projects with different visual styles, all with impressive detail and visual quality.
