A while ago a report began circulating that an Xbox Series S toaster was on the way, but since the product did not hit shelves soon after those reports, it seemed to many that it was just a hoax. It wasn’t, however.
As reported by The Verge, the Xbox Series S toaster is a real device. Currently, it is seemingly only sold in the U.S. at Walmart, but hopefully we can expect a wider release over time.
The device can toast a single large piece of bread at once or two smaller pieces, and during this process it actually burns the Xbox logo into your toast, because why wouldn’t it? The gadget also looks like the small console, with a large black vent on the front, and as for the toaster-specific features, it has a crumb tray, six browning levels, an LED countdown and a defrost button. It can even handle a variety of products, including waffles, English muffins and probably anything else that will fit inside.
Now selling for $39.99, the toaster is the ideal companion for anyone with an Xbox Series X mini-fridge.
