This is the first video game in the franchise that allows players to freely explore the world of the #1 TV show for preschoolers. PAW Patrol World will be released Sept. 29, 2023 on PlayStation 4®, PlayStation 5®, Nintendo Switch™, Xbox One, Xbox X|S and Steam.

PAW Patrol World brings an authentic experience for fans of all ages, an open-world adventure game that faithfully replicates the environments and characters of the phenomenally popular TV show. Families can play together as they explore the streets of Adventure Bay, the towers of Barkingburg, Jake’s Mountain and the wild Jungle. PAW Patrol World will be the pups’ greatest adventure yet.

The story follows Mayor Humdinger and his Kitten Catastrophe Crew’s plans to disrupt PAW Patrol Day festivities. Players can play and switch between the iconic pup crew to save the day with daring rescues, exciting puzzles and playful missions. With 8 playable characters, Chase, Skye, Marshall, Rubble, Rocky and Zuma as well as the popular Tracker and Everest, fans can enjoy the true PAW Patrol experience. Each pup has their own unique abilities, usable vehicles and fans with a keen eye will encounter characters from the series throughout the game.

The world is filled with collectibles and secrets that unlock missions and progression items to customize characters and vehicles. The more Pup Treats you collect, the more skins, emojis and stickers you can collect. Mayor Goodway has another surprise as part of the festivities with a Chilckaletta Art Exhibition, but players will have to unlock artwork to help her complete the collection of her beloved chicken.

Whether players explore alone or work together with 2 on the couch, PAW Patrol World offers hours of fun for the whole family. The game also includes four special “Flashback missions,” inspired by iconic episodes of the PAW Patrol TV show, that players can relive as playable missions.

The game is built with accessibility first, developed based on years of learning to ensure that the game is accessible to even the youngest PAW Patrol fans. The game includes options for simplified character interactions, such as turning off camera controls to focus on the most important aspects of the game. In addition to the fully accessible camera system, the game is fully voiced and features intuitive controls. The game will also allow younger players to freely explore and play in the open world without restrictions to follow a mission.

PAW Patrol World is based on PAW Patrol, the award-winning hit animated series for preschoolers that follows the adventures of a technical boy named Ryder and his team of pups ready to save the day. As one of the world’s most popular children’s shows, its success has made the franchise a true global phenomenon. PAW Patrol is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and to celebrate, a brand new animated film will be released alongside the new game, PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie™ released. This will be the second film in the franchise, following the worldwide success of PAW Patrol: The Movie™, produced by Spin Master Entertainment in association with Nickelodeon Movies and distributed by Paramount Pictures. PAW Patrol: The Movie was No. 1 in 25 countries and grossed more than $140 million at the worldwide box office. It remains a big hit on Paramount’s streaming platform, Paramount+.
