All-electric hypercar manufacturer, Rimac, has just announced that its Nevera model has broken and set 23 speed, acceleration and braking records at a test track in Germany.
As revealed in a press release, we are told that the car is now considered the fastest production electric car on the market, having achieved 0-400-0 km/h (0-249-0 mph) in just 29.93 seconds.
To add to this are a series of benchmark, braking and full throttle records that add up to 23 individual records, which in itself is also a record for most performance records broken within a single day.
“Today I am proud to say that the car we created can go to 400 km/h and back to 0 in less time than it took the McLaren F1 to accelerate to 350 km/h,” said Rimac Automobili CEO and founder Mate Rimac. “And not only that, but it can do it again and again, breaking every other performance record in the process.”
