Ivory Tower’s The Crew Motorfest will be released later this year for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Xbox One, and has been confirmed to appear during Ubisoft Forward on June 12. Although set in a new location, namely O’ahu in the Hawaiian archipelago, the sequel was previously speculated to be a DLC for The Crew 2 under the codename “Orlando.”
Appropriately enough, it appears that content from the previous game may be ported over when the sequel launches later this year. According to Tom Henderson of Insider Gaming, Motorfest will ask players to transfer vehicles and accessories from the 2018 game. They can also start from scratch, but interestingly, sources claim that 80 to 90 percent of the vehicles are repeats from The Crew 2.
There are said to be a total of 566 vehicles, which Henderson has seen in footage. In addition to cars and motorcycles, boats and planes also return. Ubisoft has not yet given many details about The Crew Motorfest, but there are rumors that it has been postponed internally. Stay tuned for more updates.
