Upcoming in-game event Good Sleep Day
The in-game event Good Sleep Day will take place from Wednesday, August 30 to Friday, September 1, 2023[1]. During the event, Drowsy Power is multiplied by 1.5, with the exception of the day of the full moon (Thursday, Aug. 31). On this day, Drowsy Power is multiplied by 2. The higher Drowsy Power becomes, the more Pokémon players can bring in or the more unusual sleep patterns they can see. Once a month, a Good Sleep Day event is held for three days: on the day of the full moon and the day before and the day after.
To play Pokémon Sleep, players must place their smartphone or Pokémon GO Plus + next to their pillow and go to sleep[2]. When they wake up, they can view their tracked sleep data, study the sleep patterns of Pokémon that have appeared, and collaborate with Pokémon sleep researcher Professor Neroli to record them in the Sleep Style Dex.
