Revealed in unofficial teaser images, the Galaxy A14 5G comes with a slightly narrower bezel around the screen and slightly upgraded design on the back.
After shipping the predecessor Galaxy A13 5G with the 7nm Dimensity 700 chipset, Samsung is readying a considerable performance leap, shipping the successor A14 5G with the Exynos 1330 solution, made using a TSMC 4nm manufacturing process.
Identified by model name SM-A146B, the new smartphone comes directly with Android version 13. The phone has 4GB of RAM and a respectable level of performance, if we refer to the good results appeared in the Geekbench catalog:
Appearing with model name SM-M146B, the Galaxy M14 5G will deliver a similar level of performance to the Galaxy A edition, but from an extended capacity battery format, Samsung are such buyers in emerging markets (e.g. India) who prefer phones with the longest battery life possible.
Also expected around the winter shopping season, the Galaxy A14 5G comes in a case measuring 167.7 x 78.7 x 9.3mm with an improved design. Framed by a slightly narrower bezel with infinity-U cutout (more elegant than the infinity-V solution applied so far), the LCD screen combines FHD+ resolution with a diagonal also increased to 6.8 inches (from 6.5 inches for the A13).
The Galaxy A14 could be officially announced before the end of this good year, also arriving in European stores with a price tag of around €230 in base trim.
