Health recalls frozen pizzas due to the presence of histamine

The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) issued a health alert this Saturday: the following has been detected histamine in a dozen batches of the frozen tuna pizza of the brand Consum. The health authorities of the Comunitat Valenciana, through the. Coordinated System for the Rapid Exchange of Information. (SCIRI), alerted the AESAN of the incidence.
