FURIA announces new signing at Time Square

Brazilian e-sports organization FURIA has announced the signing of its newest CS:GO player, the Brazilian star Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, renting a billboard in Times Square.in New York, United States.

Founded in 2017, FURIA is a Brazilian organization known for its excellent CS:GO squad. It competes in CS:GO, VALORANT, League of Legends, Rocket League. and other esports titles at regional and international level.

The announcement has been an expensive first, given that organizations usually advertise their players through social networks, but FURIA has decided to move away from the routine. This type of advertising usually reaches the $50,000 for one day.

Video game companies like Epic Games have advertised extensively in Times Square in the past, though this is certainly the first time an esports team has decided to announce the signing of a new player in this way.

Gabriel ToledoBrazilian star, is one of the most decorated players in CS:GO history. and has been winner of two Majors of that title. Toledo played for teams such as Luminosity and SK Gaming before joining MIBR and finally Imperial Esports. The player had announced that planned to retire at the end of 2023.but it appears that this will not be the case for the time being.

The arrival of FalleN represents a moment of unity for Brazilian esports. It is a milestone for the community, which longed to form a team that would represent the best of Brazil to once again reach the top of the world. Differences and obstacles have been overcome, and the Brazilian community can finally celebrate this moment.
