Despite Vivo Keyd Stars having the advantage in gold for almost the entire final showdown, the Brazilian team opted to err on the side of caution to ensure that their opponents could not turn the score around. In the end, this strategy paid off, as VKS took their chance in the 33rd minute to execute a well-coordinated team fight, defeating PSG Talon and taking the victory a couple of minutes later.

Unfortunately for PSG Talon, World Cup 2025 is likely to be the last competition for iconic midfielder Huang “Maple” Yi-Tang. The player returned from retirement earlier this year to help PSG Talon secure their spot in the League of Legends season-closing event.
