FromSoftware’s Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon closes out the year by introducing ranked matchmaking for PvP. Players can fight each other in competitive matches for a spot on the leaderboard and even personalize name tags to establish their presence. Check out the trailer below.
Patch 1.05 also adds new items for customizing your Armored Core and three new PvP maps to fight in. There should be PvP-exclusive balance changes on top of the usual bug fixes and modifications, so stay tuned when the full patch notes go live tomorrow.
Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. It features an all-new story set on Rubicon 3, with several corporations vying for control of Coral, a powerful but volatile substance. As Augmented Human C4-621, players take on missions for factions and ultimately decide the fate of the planet.
