Coronavirus crisis | Covid-19 hospitalizations jump more than 21% in the last week

The number of people hospitalized for coronavirus in Spain has grown by 21.2% during the last week.with increases in all the autonomous communities. There has also been an increase of 15.9% in patients in intensive care for covid-19 and the Ministry of Health has reported 353 new deaths from the pandemic since last Tuesday.

Specifically, Health reported this Tuesday 11,586 people currently hospitalized in Spain.2,033 more than the previous Tuesday, last June 28, when 9,553 hospitalized patients were reported. Meanwhile, this Tuesday, July 5, there are 502 people in ICU, 69 people more than last Tuesday.
