Zelenski has thanked Biden for the “unwavering” support shown since February, when Russian President Vladimir Putin gave orders to launch a military offensive that continues to this day. According to the Ukrainian president, the American support is both economic and security.

“We discussed future steps on our path to victory over the aggressor and the importance of holding Russia accountable for war crimes,” Zelenski said on his Twitter account.
