Controversial Andrew Tate, who has lived in Romania for six years, has been detained by DIICOT after he got into an online argument with Greta Thunberg, an activist for the protection of the planet. Apparently the Romanian authorities needed confirmation that Tate was still present in the country, and his most recent video posted on Twitter confirmed this, based on a pizza box appearing in the frame.
A childish online dispute allegedly led to Andrew Tate’s detention
Andrew Tate has been blocked from all major social media networks this year because of toxic messages he was posting online. He was also accused of running a pyramid scheme whereby members of his community were rewarded for posting videos of him encouraging more members to join that community.
Recently unblocked on Twitter by Elon Musk, Tate chose to argue with activist Greta Thunberg. He sent her a public message boasting that he owns over 30 gas-guzzling, high-polluting cars and offered to provide Greta with a full list via email. Greta taunted him by giving him a fake email address taunting Tate, which is why her message instantly went viral, with over three million likes at the time of writing.

Tate didn’t want to leave the last word in Greta’s court and posted another response trying to defend himself, but in this clip, at one point, someone hands him two pizza boxes from the Romanian chain Jerry’s Pizza on which the Romanian writing was clearly visible.
Thank you for confirming via your email address that you have a small penis @GretaThunberg
The world was curious.
And I do agree you should get a life ❤️ https://t.co/mHmiKHjDGH pic.twitter.com/SMisajQRcf

According to Gândul, Romanian authorities have taken this clip and thus confirmed that Tate is still on Romanian territory, where he is wanted and wanted for human trafficking and rape. DIICOT raided Tate’s address and he was detained for 24 hours for investigation along with his brother.
