A terrifying clown stalks the streets of a Scottish village – It

Remember in 2016 when clowns prowled the streets of the U.S., with some claiming they took part in violent acts? Well, It seems a Scottish resident has taken up the mantle of those scary clowns as they took to the streets of the Scottish village of Skelmorlie.

The person is clearly inspired by the movie It, as they wear an outfit exactly like Pennywise’s and carry around a red balloon as they walk through darkened village streets. They have a Facebook page that follows their antics.

The clown seems to like that they made the news and doesn’t seem to care that the police have been informed of their actions. It seems that this Pennywise impersonator has been doing this since 2021 and shows no signs of stopping.
