Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dimitro Kuleba on Tuesday urged the international community to reduce Russia’s access to shipping in retaliation for its invasion of Ukraine.

“The export-oriented Russian economy is significantly dependent on foreign shipping and fleets,” the head of Ukrainian diplomacy explained in a message spread via his Twitter account.
