Madrid lives and celebrates the party of gaming with the Grand Final of the Red Bull Home Ground Spain Tournament

The Shipthe innovation and entrepreneurship space of the Madrid City Councilwitnessed the euphoria and energy released by the players and fans who gathered there for the Grand Final from Red Bull Home Ground Spain 2025. The best national talents of VALORANT-type video game shooter from Riot Games-offered last weekend a vibrant competitive show that was accompanied by other recreational content that completed an exciting Saturday day for attendees.

The rapper from Madrid Recycled J put the musical note to an event in which the protagonism fell on the shoulders of the players. More than 400 fans showed their enthusiasm for the celebration, for the first time, of an edition in Spain of the Red Bull Home Groundconsidered the tournament Off-Season most important of the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT).

The event was organized by Red Bullwhich collaborated with GGTech Entertainment-a Spanish gaming and immersive entertainment company with a broad global presence- for the design and production of the competition and the live show.

The contents of the event

The team KlanNaLan won the National Grand Final after an intense comeback against their rivals from KPI Gamingin which they won by a score of 3-2 (in a best of five games format). As a prize, the members of the winning team lifted their champion trophy and will live a unique competitive experience: they will be the representatives of Spain at the International Phase of Red Bull Home Ground 2025, which will take place in New York the days November 13, 14, 15 and 16.

The event was also characterized by the connection between players and fans. Communities of fans from all over Spain had the opportunity to gather in Madrid and share their passion for Riot Games’ video game. Former VALORANT player and legend Óscar Cañellas-known in the world of videogames as Mixwell-also joined the party and was the most visible face of Red Bull Home Groundfor which he served as tournament ambassador.

Apart from the competition, the event also hosted a wide variety of entertainment content, which took place over the course of three main areas (main stage, fan zone and VIP area) to complete the on-site experience. Fans were able to test their skills and win prizes with games such as Deactivate the Spike or the Paint Bulletsand also take pictures and put their signature on the VALORANT Community Wall.
