ESL FACEIT Group has announced new details of the upcoming ESL Impact Season 4a competitive series that puts the spotlight on women who play Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) professionally.
The September 13, the 28 best women’s CS:GO teams in the world will compete for one of the eight spots in the 2023 World Finals, where they will have the opportunity to win a prize of $150.000 and be crowned champions. The ESL Impact Season 4 Global Finals will take place in a live event during DreamHack Valencia from December 8 to 10.
On the other hand, the organization has announced the teams that have been selected and invited to compete based on their performance in previous tournaments.
- European teams: Fearless Pandas, Aces, BIG EQUIPA, G2 Oya, Guild, NAVI Javelins, Nigma Galaxy and Ninjas in Pyjamas.
- North American teams: DETONATE, Evil Geniuses Gold, FlyQuest Red and Shimmer.
- South American teams: B4 Esports, FURIA, MIBR and W7M.
There are 12 other spots left, which will be fought for in two open qualifiers to be held August 18-20 and August 25-27. More information about ESL Impact Season 4 is available at this link.
