Netflix-sponsored diversity fund WINGS announces ELEVATE 2023 Cohort – That’s Gaming

Diversity investment fund WINGS has announced the 10 game development teams selected for the 2023 ELEVATE Mobile Game Accelerator, provided by Code Coven and sponsored by Netflix. This year’s cohort selection represents gender-diverse teams working on a variety of innovative and exciting mobile game projects. This year’s cohort selection includes game dev talent from around the world with team members from India, the Philippines, Pakistan, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, the UK and Canada and the US, each ready to take their projects to the next level.

The 10 teams selected for the 2023 ELEVATE program are:

• Team Gramps
• Queensguard
• Spider Lily Studios
• Tiny Fury Games

Teams selected for the WINGS ELEVATE Mobile Game Accelerator will participate in a 4-month global online program that provides the opportunity to develop a game prototype into a pitch-ready state. This year’s program focuses on bringing games to mobile.

The 10 teams receive development guidance, mentoring, business fundamentals and coaching for pitching to investors/publishers, as well as valuable industry connections and community support. Teams will also receive $10,000 USD in milestone-based financial grants during the program.
