3 Parkside tools good for woodworking

Lidl brings new Parkside tools this week that can complement the collections of those who already own many such devices. The three products go on sale in stores on Thursday 22 September and are particularly useful for woodworking.

A corded screwdriver and drill will be available for £149. The device has a torque of 40 Nm, power of 300 W and a maximum idle speed of 1,600 rpm. The machine uses a 10 mm chuck and two bits are included in the box. The device’s cable is a generous 5 metres long.

Lidl will also sell two wood sanders under the Parkside brand.

The belt sander model will be available for 199 lei. The machine, with 600 W power, has a sanding surface of 75 x 140 mm. The belt speed at idle is a maximum of 250 metres/minute. The power cord of the sander is 4 metres long. The product will cost 199 lei.

A vibration sander model will be available for 139 lei. The number of oscillations at idle is 14,000 to 24,000 per minute. The device can be used, in addition to wood, for sanding metals or varnishes. The machine has a 4 metre long cable and 270 W of power.

All three Parkside products come with a 3-year warranty.
