Ukraine claims to have killed more than 450 Russian servicemen in fighting over the past day

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have assured this Wednesday to have killed more than 450 Russian military personnel in combats registered during the last day and have highlighted that in this period have been reached “around 40 bastions and places of accumulation of personnel and military equipment” of Russia in the European country.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army has indicated in a message on its account on the social network Facebook that during the last 24 hours 460 Russian military personnel have been killed and has raised the total number of dead among the Russian ranks to 50,610, before emphasizing that in addition 2,097 battle tanks, 1,194 artillery systems, 156 anti-aircraft defense systems and 300 self-propelled and armored multiple rocket launchers have been destroyed.

He also noted that 237 aircraft, 208 helicopters, 880 drones, 15 ships, 3,320 vehicles and fuel tanks have also been destroyed, while 214 cruise missiles have been shot down. “The Russian enemy suffered the heaviest losses over the past day in the direction of Donetsk,” he has stated.

On the other hand, he has warned that “the enemy continues to take measures to improve logistical support to its troops” and has stressed that “the threat of air and missile attacks continues throughout the territory of Ukraine.” In this regard, he denounced that “during the last 24 hours, the enemy has launched more than seven missiles and has executed 25 bombardments against military and civilian objects on the territory of Ukraine”.
