Lidl is offering a host of battery-powered tools and power tools the week of August 8 – 14. Among them is a device that car enthusiasts will love.
The German retail chain is selling a battery-powered polisher starting Monday. The device costs 199 lei.
Users can adjust the speed – six steps are available, from 0 to 3,300 revolutions per minute. The diameter of the disc used for grinding is 25 centimetres.
The device does not come with a battery. The manufacturer recommends the use of a 20 V (2Ah) Parkside battery. Such a battery is available at Lidl, together with its charger, for 149 lei.

The machine, model PPMA 20-Li A1, will be guaranteed for 3 years.

The price of the Parkside polishing machine is decent. At eMAG, a similar Einhell machine costs 242 lei.
The machine was also available in other markets. Videos of the device in action are available on YouTube. One user points out that the disc cap (textile cap) is not very good quality.
Another youtuber recommends the device, but points out that the results and performance of the product are influenced by the quality of the paste used for polishing.
