We’re gearing up for the first Christmas since the launch of the Disney+ streaming platform, and you know what that means, right? We have anytime, anywhere access to an extensive collection of seasonal movies and series, but more importantly, classic movies that we don’t seem to feel like the holidays are coming without. Let’s face it: it’s not really Christmas without a viewing of Mickey’s Carol and Who’s Santa? Speaking of the latter, why not do a movie marathon of this franchise? Or maybe you’ll discover a new family favorite like Noelle: Santa’s Daughter, starring Anna Kendrick and Bill Hader.
For the merriest and most relaxing time of the year, check out this list of classic Christmas movies to watch on Disney+.

Two mischievous burglars try to break into the house, and Kevin has clever traps in store for them.

Nightmare Before Christmas

Who is Santa Claus?
Disney+ and its streaming selection have always been a great source of 90s nostalgia, so the 1994 hit Who’s Santa Claus couldn’t be missing from the platform’s portfolio. You probably know the story: star comedian Tim Allen shines in this magical and grand Disney-branded comedy, Santa Claus. On Christmas Eve, divorced father Scott Calvin and his son discover that Santa has fallen on their roof. When Scott takes the reins of the magical sleigh, he discovers that he is now the new Santa Claus and must convince a world of non-believers, including himself. This year, a new Disney+ original show, Who’s Santa’s Family, brings Allen back to the role two decades later as his character sets out to find the next lucky heir to the red-and-white suit.

This movie is an absolute Christmas classic! Susan, a six-year-old girl, has her doubts about childhood’s most enduring miracle: Santa Claus. Christmas I’m coming back to you
This comedy celebrates the faith in all of us. Jake Wilkinson, a selfish schoolboy, has one thing on his mind – make it to Christmas dinner or lose a Porsche his father promised him. Days before the deadline, he wakes up in the California desert – penniless, wearing a Santa suit and a white beard! Desperate to get his gift, he flies, crawls, stops, feeds, kicks and even sleds east. His mission becomes a comedy of errors as many strangers wait for help and kindness. The closer Jake is to home, the closer he gets to the true meaning of Christmas and the importance of family. Christmas I’m Coming Back to You is a trip the family will enjoy all year long!
