Xbox Game Pass Core announced – That’s Gaming

After a premature post about it, Microsoft has officially announced Xbox Game Pass Core. Launching on Sept. 14, it will offer access to multiplayer, more than 25 games and “exclusive deals for members.”

The following titles will be available at launch:

  • Among Us
  • Descenders
  • Dishonored 2
  • Doom Eternal
  • Fable Anniversary
  • Fallout 4
  • Fallout 76
  • Forza Horizon 4
  • Gears 5
  • Grounded
  • Halo 5: Guardians
  • Halo Wars 2
  • Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
  • Human Fall Flat Inside
  • Ori and The Will of the Wisps
  • Psychonauts 2
  • State of Decay 2
  • The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited

Please note that the game library may vary by country. More titles will be announced before the service launches in September. New games will be added two to three times a year, although the number is unknown at any time. Those currently subscribed to Xbox Live Gold will be automatically switched to the new plan with no change in price.

Games with Gold officially ends on Sept. 1. All Xbox One games obtained with it will remain accessible if you are subscribed to Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate. Xbox 360 titles obtained the same way will remain in your library even without a subscription. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
