Web3 CRM: Absolute labs raises $8M from AglaƩ Ventures and Samsung

Absolute labsa startup that develops a platform allowing to set up Web3 marketing campaignshas just collected 8 million dollars. Its solution is notably exploited by the giant LVMH.

Founded in 2021 in San Francisco, Absolute labs has built a platform named Wallet Relationship Management offering marketers the ability to unify Web2 and Web3 on-chain data or automate cross-channel campaigns, including NFT drops .

The startup boasts revolutionizing the way users are acquired, converted, engaged and retained in “the next internet”. Its platform is used by traditional companies like LVMH but also Web3 projects like the metaverse The Sandbox.

Tuesday, Absolute labs has announced that it has completed a 8 million financing round. Investors include French VC AglaƩ Ventures, the Near Foundation, fintech MoonPay and Samsung Next.

Absolute labs’ innovative methods for leveraging data analytics, CRM and marketing automation support Web3 adoption and create opportunities for brand engagement,” commented Vanessa Grellet, Managing Partner at AglaĆ© Ventures, in a statement.

For Franck Le Moal, director of information systems at LVMHthe platform designed by Absolute labs will play “a central role” as brands dive deeper into Web3.

This year, several startups specializing in the CRM Web3 have raised capital. We can mention the French Cohort or the Israeli Addressable.

Recently, the CRM pioneer Salesforce confirmed its Web3 ambition by unveiling a dedicated suite. Its platform aims to manage customers on Web2 as well as Web3 and to provide tools for conducting NFT projects.
