He also noted that 2,312 battle tanks, 1,381 artillery systems, 175 anti-aircraft defense systems, 331 self-propelled and armored multiple rocket launchers, 262 aircraft, 224 helicopters, 989 drones, 15 vessels, 3,742 vehicles and fuel tanks and 131 pieces of special equipment have been destroyed.

“The enemy is hitting civilian infrastructure and houses of the civilian population. There remains the threat of shelling and missile attacks throughout the territory of Ukraine,” he said, before accusing Russian troops of “violating the norms of humanitarian law and the laws and rules of war.”
