Frozenbyte announced Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy earlier this year, confirming the return of Amadeus, Zoya and Pontius in a stunning cooperative side-scrolling action platformer. After the announcement, we had a chance to ask some questions about the game to the development team, after which Frozenbyte revealed many new details, including performance and resolution goals on all consoles.
Speaking with GamingBolt, Kai Tuovinen, marketing manager at Frozenbyte, confirmed that Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy will run on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S at 4K and 60 FPS, and on the Xbox Series S at 1440p and 60 FPS. Meanwhile, on the Nintendo Switch, the game will run at 720p and 30 FPS in handheld mode, and at 1080p and 30 FPS when docked.
Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy will be released this summer for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
