The long-awaited high-end robot vacuum Roborock S8 Ultra will be released at the end of April

Who likes to vacuum themselves? No wonder many people get a robot vacuum to do this tedious job for them.

The Chinese company Roborock is one of the most popular manufacturers in this area. This is shown by various appearances in tests, comparisons and on price comparison portals such as Idealo. There are seven of the ten most popular robot vacuums from Roborock.

Besides Roborock, brands like Dyson, Miele and Ecovacs are also popular, to name a few.

Now, Roborock has announced that their high-end model, the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, will be launched on April 27th.

What sets the S8 Pro Ultra apart from its siblings?

The vacuum robot itself differs from the original variant of the S8 in only a few points. The only one though not insignificant differenceis the dual rubber roller brush that can be raised 6 millimeters on the S8 Pro Ultra.

Above all, the versions differ in the stations. The S8 only has a charging station, while the S8+ already comes with a suction station. The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, on the other hand, is powered by a Multifunction cleaning station feature.

This cleans and dries, for example, the rag on the underside of the robot or reports when the dirty water has to be disposed of.

Another big difference is the price. This is quite high compared to the S8 (699 euros) and S8+ (899 euros): the S8 Pro Ultra should cost 1499 euros.
