The Hunger Games hits the stage for the first time in October

The Hunger Games is about to move from books and movies to the stage as The Hunger Games: On Stage looks set to premiere in London later this year.

We have seen many successful movies take the stage, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child comes to mind because it originally came from a popular book series as well. Unlike that show, however, The Hunger Games: On Stage seems to adapt Suzanne Collins’ first book.

It will debut at the Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre, a new theater built for the show. Tickets are available for pre-sale starting March 25, and you can sign up for priority admission through the show’s website. For now, it looks like the shows will stay in London, and the premiere of the first show is Oct. 20.
