The OnePlus 11 now has a release date, there are official photos of the phone direct from the manufacturer, and some of the hardware specs were already known. But it looks like we’ll know pretty much everything about the phone before the February launch, as it has now been listed in the TENAA database, the organisation that approves electronic devices for release in China. All the phone’s hardware components are now listed here. What’s more, the first AnTuTu test conducted with the OnePlus 11 reveals good optimization for high performance.
OnePlus 11 is a true successor to 2022’s 10 Pro
The TENAA website lists the OnePlus 11 with the model name PHB110, which appears to be a direct successor to the OnePlus 10 Pro. For 2023, however, OnePlus is dropping the “Pro” name and will only offer one OnePlus device in the “flagship” range.
The phone is equipped with an AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution at 120 Hz, 12 or 16 GB of RAM, 256 or 512 GB of internal storage, and a processor that is not specified, but is definitely Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
Curiously, the battery is listed as having a capacity of 2,435 mAh, which is certainly no mistake. OnePlus will use a dual-cell system to ensure charging at high speeds. Thus, we can expect two 2,435 mAh batteries, for a total capacity of 4,870 mAh, or around 5,000. Charging is expected at 100W power.
Finally, TENAA lists the camera with a three-sensor system on the back: 50 megapixel “main”, 48 megapixel ultra-wide and 32 megapixel zoom. The front camera will use a 16-megapixel sensor.
AnTuTu test reveals significant performance boost
On the performance front, AnTuTu has published the first results that the OnePlus 11 has achieved in its tests. The OnePlus 11 PHB110 in the 16+512GB variant scored 1,341,080 points in performance tests, suggesting a significant upgrade of around 30-35% over the previous generation. This is a record score for an Android phone, also surpassing the iQOO 11, which previously scored 1,285,665 points in AnTuTu.
