In my opinion, the best and strongest LEGO alternative is larger, completely compatible with the original LEGO bricks – and much, much cheaper. You pay some of it here not even 1 cent per stone. At LEGO, however, there are often over 10 cents!
And the difference in quality is virtually non-existent – Mold King stones fit together really well. Even with LEGO.

LEGO vs. Mold King: War of the Bricks? The alternative heats up the original!
Mold King has really made a name for itself in the clamping building block market in recent years – it’s also the only brand on Amazon that really does a competitor to LEGO on a large scale represents.
The reasons for this are twofold: on the one hand, the gigantic sets that make even big children’s jaws drop. I just say: Star Wars Star Destroyer with almost 8,000 parts and 1.3 meters long!
In addition to the sets, which also include fully motorized cranes, fire engines and an alternative to Roller coaster popular with children join, is above all the Price is the big plus argument for Mold King.
To prove this, an example in numbers: 200 mixed LEGO bricks cost €24.99 on Amazon. that’s about 12.5 cents per stone. With all due respect, but that almost borders on being cheeky.
For comparison, a random one Bagger von Mould King – including 5 motors and remote control. Here you pay 6 cents per stone.
At the huge one Harry Potter Hogwarts-Schloss with almost 7,000 stones, only 3.3 cents per stone.

LEGO Star Wars and Harry Potter? Mold King simply imitates it – and does it really well!
You can see what I’m getting at. I’m not someone who fundamentally rejects LEGO, I have a lot of good ones myself beautiful childhood memories of my time with my big one Box of LEGO bricks. What I object to, however, is how cheeky the pricing policy has become.
Small sets with one A few hundred parts are often three digits. And then there are decisions like this Colorful filler stones or to keep the competition down with a horde of lawyers. Yes, everything has already happened.
That’s why I’m now leaning more and more towards the competition – and when I look at the huge sets from Mold King, I’m really itching to build “LEGO” again. Because honestly: like that Giga Star Destroyer awakens the inner child in me too. And it’s easy on your wallet.
