Team Vitality enters StarCraft II with South Korean team ONSYDE

The European eSports organization Team Vitality has been expanded to StarCraft II through a strategic partnership with the South Korean ONSYDE team. As a result of the collaboration, the new Team Vitlaty will feature its commercial partners Tezos, hummel and Evnia on the jersey.. The team ONSYDE will also be renamed Team Vitality.

A representative of Team Vitality has informed that the organization will actively contribute industry knowledge to the team. This includes the contribution of coaching, strategy development and player performance expertise..

Founded in 2022, ONSYDE is the current champion of the World Team League, one of the top leagues in the Starcraft II ecosystem. Along with ONSYDE, other notable teams competing in the World Team League include Shopify Rebellion and Team Liquid.

The Starcraft entry is part of the organization’s global expansion.. Team Vitality has shared that the reason for creating a StarCraft II team is due to the popularity of the game in South Korea. The team’s Starcraft II squad consists of Kang ‘Solar’ Min-soo, Cho ‘Maru’ Seong-ju, Kim ‘Ryung’ Dong-won and coach Choi ‘CranK’ Jae-won.
