Prior to its upcoming launch, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has received high praise from critics, with a current score of 86 on Metacritic. However, like its predecessor, the action-adventure game launched with quite a few technical issues that have been noted by many. However, this is something that developer Respawn Entertainment plans to fix in the near future.
Publisher EA has confirmed on Twitter that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will receive a day one patch upon release tomorrow, followed by additional patches “in the coming weeks.” According to EA, these patches will focus on bug fixes, improving frame rate and adding further accessibility options.
Further details will of course become available in the coming days, but the technical state of the game is something to keep an eye on if you plan to jump in at launch.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be available for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC starting tomorrow.
